Celebrating 12 Years in Corona-Norco
REIKI (pronounced Ray-Key) is an ancient Japanese method of holistic healing based on the application of Universal Life Force Energy. It is offered via a light touch or with a practitioner's hands hovering inches over the body.
The recipient is fully clothed and is either seated or resting comfortably on a healing table. It is a simple, natural healing technique that aids the body in releasing stress and tension by creating deep relaxation. Reiki treats the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of our being.

What does "Reiki" mean?
Rei, in spiritual or esoteric context, means the Higher Intelligence (God, Goddess, Universal Mind, Christ Consciousness, etc.) that guides the creation and functioning of the Universe.
Ki is a non-physical energy that flows in all living things: humans, animals, plants and has many names: prana, chi, life force, etc.
A good functional definition for Reiki is spiritually guided life force energy. Reiki is the Wisdom of God that directs the life force energy to be used for the purposes of the Higher Good of the person receiving it.
What are the benefits of Reiki?
The benefits of Reiki are numerous: One of the most important benefits is that of stress reduction and relaxation. Other benefits include elimination of physical discomfort, boosting of the immune system and acceleration of the healing process. Reiki is a wonderful compliment to traditional medicine.
Reiki balances your chakras, your body's energy field, clears your thoughts and brings about a inner peace and calm.
Does the practitioner heal?
The practitioner does not diagnose or really "heal". A practitioner provides the channel for the Universal Life Force Energy to work actively with the receiving body. Reiki is guided by the Higher Power, not by the mind or ability of the practitioner.
Is Reiki a religion?
Reiki is not a religion, however it compliments most religious philosophy. Most religions have a laying-on-of-hands healing in their belief system.
How does Reiki work?
We are alive because of Ki which flows through all of us, giving life. The disruption of this flow causes dis-ease. This disruption occurs on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. Ki reacts to thoughts and feelings and when negative thoughts and emotions collect in our mental and/or emotional body, it effects our physical body. Then Ki becomes restricted or blocked.
Reiki heals by flowing through the afflicted parts of the energy bodies, charging these areas with positive energy. As Reiki opens blocked chakras, it clears energy bodies leaving a person relaxed and at peace.
What can be healed?
There are many incredible stories of Reiki healing acute and chronic illnesses; from headaches to cancer. Best results usually occur after 3-4 treatments.
Please note that practitioners cannot guarantee results as it is the Higher Power and YOU who decide what is next for you.
